Installation Requirements:
◆Since the remote infrared alarm has the highest infrared detection sensitivity when the human body moves horizontally relative to the lens, and has lower sensitivity when moving vertically, the angle and height of the detector's horizontal plane should be carefully considered during installation, as this significantly affects the protected area.
◆When installing, avoid placing the infrared alarm near heat and cold sources, such as hot and cold air vents, air conditioner vents, electric heaters, air conditioners, etc., and avoid placing it directly opposite a door.
◆The remote infrared alarm should have a clear line of sight to the protected area, free of obstructions. The remote infrared alarm should be positioned at an angle of 10 to 30 degrees to the wall for maximum detection range. Adjust the angle accordingly during installation.
Installation:
1. Secure the universal mount approximately 2 meters above the ground.
2. Open the battery cover and insert four AA batteries according to the markings inside the battery compartment.
3. Secure the remote infrared alarm to the universal mount and rotate it to meet the installation and detection requirements.
Installation:
1. Install the batteries. Press the remote control. The device will beep and the green light will illuminate, indicating that the alarm is ready for operation.
2. The remote infrared alarm will enter a 15-second standby delay after the green light illuminates. If no alarm signal is detected within 15 seconds, you must leave the electronic dog's detection area within this 15-second period.
3. After 15 seconds, if someone enters the infrared alarm's detection area, the red light will flash for 5 seconds. This 5-second delay allows the user to turn off the alarm with the remote control. If no signal is received from the remote control after 5 seconds, a piercing alarm sound will sound for 30 seconds at a volume of 105 dB. If someone touches the remote infrared alarm again 15 seconds after the alarm ends, it will sound again, repeating the cycle.
4. If the remote infrared alarm sounds, you can use the remote control to disable the detection circuit and end the alarm.
