How to use?
1. Open the battery cover and insert two (2) AA batteries, with the (+) side pointing towards the tip. If the batteries are installed correctly, the flashlight will emit two sounds. (Batteries not included)
2. Remove the red protective cap before turning on the device. For the sensor to function properly, the cap must be closed.
3. Long press the white power button for 2 seconds to initiate a 25-second self-check, during which the four LED lights will flash in sequence. After a "beep" sound, LEDs ②, ③, and ④ will turn off, and LED ① will light up green, indicating that it is ready for use.
4. Place the tip of the sensing rod along the connection point you are testing. Make sure to remove the cap. If checking for leaks on gas pipes, be sure to slowly move the sensor along the joints of the pipes.
Caution must be exercised when using it outdoors or in windy or drafty conditions. Wind direction, strength, leakage size, and the dilution of detectable gases may interfere with accurate readings or mask potential hazardous gas leaks.
