Facial recognition scans your live image and relies on deep learning algorithms which get better and better every time it captures your face which factors in the eyes, nose, mouth, jawline and any other unique features and characteristics - and can even include analysing posture and walk style (gait). It is therefore a personal choice as to how far you are willing to go to protect yourself against this technology and its unauthorised invasion of your privacy.
Infrared can also be used in some facial recognition systems which may penetrate through some sunglasses to expose the eyes. We therefore recommend reflective sunglasses for maximum IR protection which are also available in some of our other listings.
